THE Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity (EDI) group at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee presented Kerry Mental Health Association with a cheque for €635 which was raised in this year’s Easter Raffle at the hospital.
Colleagues from a range of cultures and backgrounds in the hospital established the EDI group in 2023. It’s main aim is to ensure each member of staff feels inclusive, has a voice, and feels valued and acknowledged for what they do.
The Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity group promotes an environment free from discrimination.
