The General Manager of Kerry Mental Health Association, John Drummey, said, “Recent reports have revealed that 1/5 of Irish firms experienced mental health related issues and over half reported an increase in mental health related issues in the past year. Since the COVID-19 pandemic the number of employers that allow employees to work from home has increased three-fold. What has the impact of this been on our mental health? Our panel of guests will offer attendees an insight to how we can work together to overcome the challenges of remote and hybrid working.”

Dee willtalk about, and promote, the importance of being aware of, understanding and implementing the 5 Ways To Wellbeing in our everyday lives, which clearly has an impact on how we feel and perform at work.
Dermot will discuss the benefits and challenges to our mental health that have emerged in this era of hybrid working and Dan will explain how he has managed the anxiety associated with being self-employed for over 35 years.
